ECI HS weight controller 
Description
The ESİT ECI HS checkweigher provides functionality, performance and ease of use that far exceed industry standards. Having all the functions of a standard ECI indicator, the ECI HS offers adjustable high-low fill, quantity fill, flow measurement functions that simplify automation.
Calibration
With the standard “Calibration Doctor” feature, the ECI HS controller allows users to calibrate systems in simple steps, while verifying the quality of the calibration itself. This prevents incorrect or incomplete calibration. In addition, it can be performed using standardized weights, digitally through the input values or through the mV input of the load cell. Since calibration values can be backed up on the main board of the indicator, they can be restored in the event of a malfunction.
Custom gResolver filtering
ECI HS includes gResolver filtering software developed by ESIT. The gResolver Special Filtering software filters out all disruptive vibration effects during weighing, ensuring both accurate and fast weighing.
