Installation nodes
To ensure maximum accuracy and minimum errors of the weighing system, proper load transfer to the strain gauges is necessary. In systems using strain gauges, only the vertical force vector is measured. The rest of the force vectors are not taken into account, because these forces affect the sensitivity of the system. Thus, the main purpose of the mounting nodes is to exclude or reduce the forces affecting the sensitivity and the correct, accurate transfer of the main force vector to the strain gauge. Along with this, mounting units are designed to protect the sensor from overloads, reduce the impact of vibration, impact forces, dynamic loads, etc.
