Digital strain gauge CAD 10-20-30 t
Stainless steel body. The CAD strain gauge is designed for severe operating conditions when used in automotive, platform and other scales and weighing systems.
A built-in system for calibrating cargo displacement on the platform. Built-in light indication of the correct installation of the strain gauge in the housing (built-in protractor on two axes).
The main problems of the loading platform of automobile scales are thermal expansion and deformation of the platform. By changing the geometric dimensions of the platform, the installation angle of the strain gauge changes. The sensor must be installed strictly vertically. Thanks to the patented built-in system for determining the deviation of the sensor from the axis, the accuracy of weighing increases.
The CAD strain gauge is 80% more resistant to lateral loads than other column type strain gauges.
Advantages of a digital CAD strain gauge:
- Certified to OIML R60.
- Fully welded construction.
- 100% protection against side loads.
- 300% overload protection.
- Degree of protection IP68.
- Lightning protection.
- Installation on elastomers.
- RS485 interface.
- Automatic calibration of angles.
- Built-in diagnostics.
- Built-in ADC 24 bit A / D.
