BBF Big Bag dosing systems are used for dosing bulk materials in the form of granules and powder, which significantly reduces packaging, transportation and storage costs. In some sense, these are green systems from an ecological point of view. When the volume of bags increases from 25-50 kg to 500 kg or 1-2 tons, the volume of production and storage increases.

Esit Big-Bag dosing systems are produced in a wide range, from manual to automatic filling. Depending on the needs of customers, the supply of materials or turnkey projects is possible. The system consists of a belt, two-position cover, bag gripping mechanism, bag inflation, dust collection, aspiration, weight indicator unit, load sensor, control panel, main supporting mechanical structure, pneumatic pistons and valves. Dosing of the material occurs in a two-speed mode: coarse (fast) filling and precise (slow) filling. The border of the mode transition is set by the operator on the dispenser controller. The dispenser controller stores data on the number and mass of dosing cycles. When connected to a PC, data on the state of the system (start, dosing, end of the process) and the mass of the dosing performed are transmitted.
