The dispenser for filling bags with a valve is used for packing products in the form of powder (cement, gypsum, mortar, calcite, etc.). Loading is carried out by a screw conveyor. There are models with one or more heads, depending on the required performance. The system performs packaging depending on the quantity specified by the user and consists of a control panel and mechanical parts. After the system starts, a two-speed filling process takes place. In three-head systems, dosing is staggered to prevent bags from falling on top of each other.
