Dispenser for bags of 10-50 kg
Esit BFT bulk material dispensers are designed for automatic dosing of bulk materials into large bags from 10 to 50 kg. Dosing of the material occurs in a two-speed mode: coarse (fast) filling and precise (slow) filling. The limit of the mode transition is set by the operator on the dispenser controller. At the end of the process, the bag is automatically dropped onto the conveyor, where the neck of the bag is sewn shut and the bag is removed from the dosing area. The dispenser controller stores data on the quantity and mass of the implemented limits. When connected to a PC, the system status data (start, dosing, end of the process) and the weight of the achieved limit are transmitted.
