Esit Hippo-A is an economical and durable car scale with a steel frame. They are maintenance-free and easy to install thanks to their modular design. They can be installed on flat concrete surfaces with or without a foundation.\"\"<\/div>

Esit steel platform<\/h3>
Esit Hippo-A, static calculations of steel weights are performed at 150% overload. Gas welding is used in all production of steel platforms. All surfaces are machine sandblasted and painted in RAL7022 Shadow Gray with a special Combi fl ex Enamel ecological paint with high resistance. It is transported in a disassembled modular state and is bolted on at the workplace. The total weight and details of the steel platform beam are available on the general weight drawing.<\/div>

Strain gauges Esit SC \/ CA \/ Digital CAD<\/h3>
Esit SC, CA, Digital CAD models are reliable reproducible and high-power weight sensors developed by Esit specifically for car scales. Strain gauges of these models are 5 times more resistant to lateral loads than column-type sensors. They do not require load-bearing side structures, which reduces weighing errors and maintenance costs of car scales. Corresponds to DIN 40050 in protection class IP 68. Certified OIML R60 in class 3000d. They can be used in accordance with the directive 2014\/31 \/ EC for non-automatic weighing devices. * Weight sensors of Digital CAD models are used as a supplement in automated systems of car scales. * Explosion-proof version also available.<\/div>

SC \/ CA EL mounting units are specially designed for SC and CA strain gauges. They are resistant to chemicals. In addition, thanks to the special design, false weighing due to thermal expansion of the platform is eliminated.<\/p>

The cables coming from the strain gauges are integrated into the Esit J-Box distribution box and are connected to the weighing terminal with one cable. Esit J-BOX with a case made of cast aluminum provides excellent protection against external factors, shocks and weather conditions.<\/p>

Esit PWI-X, PWI-T or desktop ECI indicator<\/h3>

ES\u0130T indicators are heavy-duty devices built to work in the harsh environments in which automotive scales are used. Depending on how the scale is used and the connection option, PWI-T with a built-in PC or PWI-X devices that can be used with an external PC. The ECI table type digital indicator is used for digital strain gauges. The scale can also be connected to a printer for printing.<\/p>
