PLC strain gauges 2-5-10-30 t (Special developments)
The PLC model measures loads in crane systems. The steel body of the strain gauge is fully protected against moisture and dust, covered with anti-corrosion paint, the protection class of the body is IP68. A welded stainless steel cover protects the strain gauge area. Such a sensor is used in lifting systems to measure loads or control overloads.
The principle of operation is simple – the sensor is built into the system as an axis to which the hook of the lifting mechanism is attached.
